All items are independently authenticated by trusted third-party experts and are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each item is delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Studio Encore is not affiliated with the brands featured or sold.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

However:

• slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings

• minor imperfections may not always be fully visible
   

By purchasing, you acknowledge the pre-owned nature of the items.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro and include applicable taxes as stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.

Studio Encore is not responsible for:

• delays caused by carriers

• customs duties or import taxes

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

7. Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

8. Private Sourcing

Private sourcing services are offered upon request. Availability of specific items cannot be guaranteed.
Any deposits or sourcing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

9. Consignment

Consignment terms are agreed individually with each client. Studio Encore reserves the right to accept or decline items.
Commission structures, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement.

10. Liability

Studio Encore shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• loss of profits or business

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
